I'm at 3.1.0 and I'm still stuck at 40/100 with Rika (the nun). I thought the update was supposed to fix the issue or is this a problem with my save file?

Thanks for the guide, and to another point, after you cross the dumb glitch at the convention, do the succubus quest and get teh chaos glasses. During the Chaos mode, you can CROSS THIS without the glitch triggering.

Oh boy Is my game completely bugged out? I bought the bus ticket and the landlord came by for the anime convention ticket but I can't use the bus at all. I also had sex with misa in all positions at my home and in the costume in the storage room but I can't do it in the security room. I literally can not progress at all.
My character got stuck here, anyone know how to pass through this?Current work around is to enter chaos space (press 'c') walk past and leave (press 'c') again. It's a known issue, Monday's patch should fix it.
